Return Policy

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a RETURN AUTHORIZATION from Roger’s Gardens. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, in original boxes, packaging and in new condition. No returns/exchanges on sale, markdown or special order items.

Returns may also be made with a receipt at Roger’s Gardens, Corona del Mar, CA.

Substitution Policy:

Fresh flowers are a product of nature and may vary from season to season, plant to plant, flower to flower, and all items on our website are always subject to availability and prior sale, and may not always be exactly as shown.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country and to prevent delays in processing your order. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value.

Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items and containers may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Damages and Claims:

Damaged or defective merchandise must be accompanied by a RETURN AUTHORIZATION from Roger’s Gardens. Contact Shop@RogersGardens.com in advance of all returns for damages or claims.
